Panda Biscuits #3 Christmas mode

For the first day of vacation, we decided to make cookies and brought out our favorite cookie cutters, aka the sweet little pandas.

Of course, because of Christmas, we decided to make them on this theme. So we took out some Christmas tree and star cookie cutters and our favorite recipe that you can find here.

Start by rolling out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 mm. It should not be too thin.

Cut out pandas and stars with the cookie cutters.

Remove the bottom of the panda with the star cookie cutter.

Print the face of the panda.

Place the star in the cutout made on the panda and press lightly on the paste to weld the two parts together.

Cut the arms with a knife and fold them over.

We then prepared pandas with trees.

As with the stars, create notches with the cookie cutters and assemble.

And here are our cookies ready to be baked for 10-12 minutes at 180° C. Keep an eye on them so they don’t get too toasted. Tip: use a spatula to move them from the work surface to the baking sheet without breaking them.

And here are our pandas for Christmas.

I am quite happy with the result because it was not easy to handle. As usual, we didn’t hesitate to bite into it.

Aren’t they too cute?

See you soon!
